Hiring: Event & Banquet Operations Manager | Tavaro Resorts, Hyderabad

At Tavaro Resorts, we create large-format celebrations and curated experiences where execution, service, and detail come together seamlessly.

We’re looking for someone who can take complete ownership of event-day execution while ensuring F&B service runs flawlessly on-ground.

Role Summary:

This is a hands-on operations role. You will be responsible for managing events in real time — from guest flow to food service — ensuring every element is executed to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Own end-to-end event execution on the day of the event

2. Manage F&B operations (buffet setup, live counters, service flow, replenishment)

3. Coordinate with catering teams, vendors, and internal departments

4. Ensure smooth guest movement, service timing, and event flow

5. Supervise setup, breakdown, and on-ground staff

6. Maintain quality control across food presentation, hygiene, and service standards

Handle last-minute changes and troubleshooting without disruption

7. Ensure compliance with venue policies and operational standards

Requirements

Minimum 3+ years experience in hospitality / banquet / event operations

Strong understanding of F&B service formats (buffet, plated, live stations)

Experience handling medium to large-scale events (300+ guests)

High ownership mindset with strong execution focus

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

Excellent coordination and communication skills
