Required Skill:*

Hands Experience in Configuring, administering and deploying MS Exchange Servers 2016,2019 & Exchange Online via Office 365 and including Outlook client configuration.

Experience working with Office 365, Azure AD, Active Directory, and Exchange.

Experience leading, implementation and deployment projects.

Robust communication skills

Knowledge of continuous update management for O365: configures, tests, maintains and supports operating services in a production workplace

Develop future strategies for Office 365 products and services

Communicates and educates the technical IT and business IT communities on current architectures and technologies and industry trends.

Candidate must be eager to learn administration of the entire array of Office 365 products, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Yammer, Planner, Groups and anything else that emerges

Partner with business units to evaluate and drive adoption of current capabilities for Office 365 and related tools, services and systems.

Maintain consistent, quality documentation to meet ongoing operations and business continuity requirements. Documentation will include system topologies, operating instructions and disaster recovery procedures for new and changed infrastructure.

Deep working Knowledge on PowerShell Commands and Window Server-side Scripting
