Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ITAM Compliance Analyst with strong expertise in ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM), including Software Asset Management (SAM) and Hardware Asset Management (HAM). The candidate will be responsible for ensuring software and hardware license compliance, managing asset lifecycle, and supporting audits while working closely with technical and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain IT Asset Management (ITAM) processes using ServiceNow
• Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and hardware asset policies
• Perform software and hardware audits, compliance checks, and gap analysis
• Track asset lifecycle from procurement to disposal
• Maintain accurate asset inventories and CMDB data
• Support internal and external audits related to IT assets
• Collaborate with procurement, IT operations, and security teams
• Prepare regular compliance reports and dashboards
• Identify optimization opportunities for cost savings and risk mitigation

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in IT Asset Management
• Strong understanding of license compliance and audit processes
• Experience working in enterprise environments
• Ability to work independently and handle compliance challenges
• Immediate or short notice period preferred
