Job Summary

We are hiring for multiple roles within the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain to support insurance operations. Openings span across Premium Auditing, New Business & Renewals, Underwriting Support, and Property(Home) Inspection analysis.

Open Skill Sets / Roles:

• Workers Compensation & General Liability Premium Audit

Conduct WC & GL premium audits (desk/virtual/field)

Review payroll, sales, subcontractor costs, and exposures

Apply NCCI, ISO, and state-specific rating rules

Identify misclassifications and premium impact

Handle audit disputes and documentation

Experience: 25 Years in WC/GL Premium Audits

2. P&C New Business & Renewals (Processor / Senior Associate)

Process New Business and Renewal transactions

Ensure adherence to KPIs, SLAs, and quality standards

Maintain underwriting and policy documentation

Support customer experience and process compliance

Experience: 4+ Years in P&C New Business / Renewals

US Insurance certification (AINS / CPCU) preferred

3. Underwriting / Property Inspection Support

Review homeowners property inspection reports and images

Assess risk, insurability, and underwriting eligibility

Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines and regulations

Support underwriting decisionmaking

Experience: 14 Years in P&C underwriting support or inspections

General Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate in any discipline

Experience in P&C Insurance (US Insurance preferred)

Strong understanding of P&C insurance concepts and terminology

Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Willingness to work in US / rotational shifts

Strong attention to detail and ownership mindset
