Role: SCCM & Intune/EUC
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 6-10
Must Have:
- Design, implement, and manage Microsoft Intune for device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment.
- Administer SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for OS deployment, patch management, and software distribution.
- Oversee EUC infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of desktops, laptops, and virtual desktop environments.
- Develop and maintain device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and security baselines.
- Perform application packaging and deployment using SCCM and Intune.
- Manage Windows Autopilot for zero-touch provisioning and device lifecycle management.
- Monitor and troubleshoot client health issues across SCCM and Intune environments.
- Implement endpoint security measures including BitLocker.
Provide technical support for EUC-related incidents and service requests.
