Role: Intune & packaging

Experience: 4-6

Location: Bangalore - face to face

Must Have:

◦ Endpoint Administrator: Responsible for maintaining, configuring, and ensuring reliable operation of Intune-managed endpoints.

◦ Configure and manage Intune settings for device enrolment, application deployment, security policies, and conditional access.

◦ Implement and maintain Autopilot deployments for streamlined device provisioning.

◦ Configure and manage Intune features like Endpoint Protection, Compliance Policies, and Bit Locker encryption.

Application Deployment and Management:

◦ Deploy and manage various applications across different platforms (Windows, i OS, Android, mac OS).

◦ Create and manage custom app packages and configurations.

◦ Monitor application usage and health status.

Troubleshooting and Support:

◦ Diagnose and resolve Intune-related issues using various tools and resources.

◦ Escalate complex problems to senior IT staff when necessary.

◦ Provide technical support to end users regarding Intune and devices.

Security and Compliance:

◦ Ensure compliance with company security policies and industry regulations through Intune configuration.

◦ Stay up-to-date on the latest security threats and best practices for the device management.

◦ Collaborate with security teams to implement and maintain robust security measures.

◦ Excellent customer service skills, working with minimal direction to resolve end user support requests.

◦ Ability to respond quickly when new tickets arrive in queue to respond, diagnose, and resolve majority of tickets without escalation

◦ Ability to raise change requests and implement the changes with minimal direction.
