Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Engineer with a strong background in
Oracle PL/SQL and hands-on expertise in
ASP.NET MVC and
.NET Framework 4.8. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience supporting database-driven applications and collaborating closely with Technology Operations teams to ensure high availability, stability, and performance of enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 technical support for enterprise applications built on
ASP.NET MVC and .NET 4.8.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to
Oracle PL/SQL, backend services, stored procedures.
- Work on performance tuning, debugging, and optimizing SQL queries and application components.
- Collaborate with Tech Operations / Production Support teams to monitor systems, investigate incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support deployment activities, patch management across multiple environments.
- Document incident resolutions, create knowledge base articles, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in Application/Technical Support or similar roles.
- Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, including stored procedures, triggers, packages, performance tuning, and query optimization.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC and .NET Framework 4.8 for troubleshooting and code-level analysis.
- Solid understanding of database-driven architectures and enterprise application ecosystems.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting high-availability, mission-critical applications.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Problem/Change Management).
