Role & responsibilities :
Implement of PM plan.
- Monitor MTTR MTBF.
- Work in CFT for improvements.
- Monthly 3 kaziens.
- Face IATF audits & customer.
- Lead tool maintenance team in all 3 shift.
- Critical spare part management.
- Process revaliadtion.
- Tool life monitoring.
- Documentation like WI, CP, RS, CS etc.
- Daily trouble shooting, analysis & action plan.
- New model trails, valiadtion & handover.
