Channel Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner banks and other stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities through cross-selling of general insurance products to bank customers.
• Monitor performance metrics such as premium volume, policy count, and customer satisfaction ratings.

Job Requirements :

• 1-2 years of experience in bancassurance or general insurance sales.
• Strong understanding of the Indian insurance industry and market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for effective relationship-building with partners.
