They oversee inbound and outbound operations, restocking, inventory precision, display management, pricing accuracy, and promotional labeling strategies for all general merchandise areas within the store. This team also manages food and beverage sales, guaranteeing a fresh and safe culinary experience for customers. Moreover, they enhance the efficiency of order delivery to customers by managing pick, pack, and ship processes required for order fulfillment.

Responsibilities

• Create a simple, motivating, and warm welcome for guests through fulfilling these pledges:
• Initiate a pleasant interaction by presenting a welcoming grin, maintaining eye contact, or offering a friendly hand gesture while standing at a 10-foot proximity
• Extend a warm greeting to the guest, initiating a cheerful and supportive exchange to set a welcoming tone
• Aid patrons in locating products and resolving any problems to ensure a hassle-free and pleasant shopping encounter
• Finish every exchange with guests by offering a heartfelt thank you
• Demonstrate a willingness to aid team members and participate in collaborative endeavors, showing a can-do attitude and treating others with courtesy and esteem
• Tailor to address the demands of the business and clients to create a straightforward and uplifting guest interaction
• Carry out a meticulous, correct, and productive organization task
• Manage the stocking, categorization, and storage of additional items while ensuring the display of merchandise is neat
• Keep GM products well-stocked and accessible in the sales area at all times
• When certified, operate motorized equipment as needed for the handling of freight or relocation of merchandise
• Follow the appropriate steps for managing defective goods and environmentally sensitive items in accordance with the law and regulatory guidelines
• Displaying a commitment to ethical practices, safety measures, and regulatory conformity
• Prioritize working safely by following safety procedures, protocols, and training to prevent accidents, while also being proactive in identifying hazards and rectifying them when feasible
• Providing assistance with guest services like cashier support, order retrieval, and drive-through operations while ensuring strict compliance with adult beverage laws mandated by federal, state, and local authorities
• Other tasks as necessary to meet the operational demands of the company

Qualifications

• Participants are required to be at least 18 years of age or older
• Embracing a friendly and accommodating approach with every guest and member of the team
• - Competence in communicating via multiple frequency devices and using handheld scanners and other specified technological devices
• Operate individually and in a collective environment
• Respond swiftly to address guest queries on the spot
• Being meticulous and executing tasks that involve multiple stages
• Skill to maintain concentration and composure in a rapid-paced atmosphere while achieving multiple objectives within set time limits

Requirements

• Effectively manage cash register tasks as necessary
• Move up and down ladders
• Effectively and securely manage, transport, and scan products by independently lifting, carrying, and shifting merchandise weighing up to 44 pounds during the entire work period. This function includes recurring bending, twisting, reaching, and rotating actions.
• Versatile working timetable that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; follow assigned shifts and mandatory meal and rest periods
• Equipped to handle exposure to diverse temperatures, humidity, and other environmental factors during the performance of specific job responsibilities like Drive-Up and carryout.
• Capacity to maintain mobility throughout a shift, regardless of its duration
