Freelancer/Part-time Graphic Web Designer

Tansley is growing fast — and we're looking for a creative freelance web designer to grow with us.

This is a part-time remote freelance role with the potential to transition into a permanent position. If you're independent, resourceful, and love collaborating with a dynamic marketing team, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll do Design responsive websites based on pre-approved architecture Create graphic assets for social media, stationery, and more Ensure brand consistency across all graphic production Contribute to the team's creative direction and brainstorming Perform photo retouching, quality control, and design validations Present mock-ups, gather feedback, and iterate Stay current with design and UX trends

What you bring 2+ years of experience in web design or a related role Strong skills in Figma and web tools like Elementor Solid understanding of UX, responsive design, and web ergonomics Experience with web animation (GSAP, Lottie, etc.) Familiarity with transactional/e-commerce site interfaces Basic HTML/web production knowledge Knowledge of the Google Workspace environment Bilingualism in French and English is an asset Training in graphic design or computer graphics is a plus Understanding of the retail industry is a bonus
