Job Summary

Tanne Restro is looking for energetic and customer-friendly Bar Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent service to guests. The role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining and bar experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Bar Menu Upselling
• Take accurate food and beverage orders
• Serve drinks and dishes promptly
• Ensure proper table setup and cleanliness
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service
• Handle billing and settlement when required
• Maintain hygiene and follow safety standards
• Assist in managing bar stock awareness and reporting shortages
• Respond to customer queries and resolve basic concerns
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Keep Bar clean while closing
• flexible for closing shift

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of restaurant/bar service (preferred)
• Positive attitude and team spirit
• Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
• Neat appearance and professional behavior
