What you'll do

- Bring a visual point of view to briefs, not just execute them
- Maintain consistency while pushing creative boundaries
What we're looking for
- 1–2 years of experience in design (agency, studio, or freelance)
- A portfolio that shows range, taste, and original thinking — this matters more than your degree
- Comfort with ambiguity and fast-moving briefs
- Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop — you know the tools, but you're not defined by them
