Job Description
You have experience in Banking and Financial Services, with a proven track record of leading or playing a significant role in end-to-end digital transformation programs in Agile environments.
Retail Banking:
- Mandatory experience in Retail Banking.
- Understanding of Mobile In-app, Push notifications, SMS, and Email.
- Knowledge of data consolidation from multiple sources into Data warehouse.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, possibly GCP, similar to how PEGA is on GCP in some markets.
- Proficient in Agile methodologies, processes, and working environments.
- Knowledge of saving and current accounts, personal loans, and mortgages.
- Experience in Contact Center Optimization including IVR, Browser changes under Digital channels.
- Expertise in Branch optimization and Payments.
Roles And Responsibility:
- Conduct current state research, data gathering, and analysis.
- Perform data analysis and modelling.
- Analyze and document processes.
- Gather business requirements from CLIENT stakeholders.
- Define and prioritize business requirements.
- Ensure traceability of business requirements into solution design.
- Design high-level business solutions covering various aspects.
- Evaluate costs, benefits, and obstacles of potential solutions.
- Support key decisions by Project sponsor or steering committee.
- Align the analysis effort to SAFe methodology.
Overall:
- Gather business requirements and create business flows.
- Develop user stories and document business requirements.
- Provide support in UAT Testing and operational readiness.
- Assist in Release Management and track operational benefits.
- Support risk management and change propagation.
