Responsable (Lead) Enablement & Adoption IA

RÉSUMÉ DU POSTE

Nous recherchons un.e Responsable (Lead) Enablement & Adoption IA pour un de nos clients de la région de Montréal. Ce rôle est responsable de l’adoption concrète et durable de l’IA à l’échelle de l’organisation. Ce rôle se situe au carrefour des personnes, des processus et des outils, afin de transformer le potentiel de l’IA en impact réel.

Un rôle people/process qui rend possible tout le reste : plateformes, outils, cas d’usage et valeur business.

RESPONSABILITÉS

• Développer et animer un réseau de champions IA
• Mettre en place et gérer un intake funnel pour les cas d’usage IA
• Concevoir et déployer des programmes de formation et d’upskilling (ex. Anthropic Academy)
• Définir et faire respecter la gouvernance du citizen development (standards, risques, bonnes pratiques)
• Définir et suivre les KPIs d’adoption et de création de valeur
• Piloter le Change Management lié à l’introduction de l’IA
• Traduire les besoins métiers en cas d’usage IA concrets (dimension Business Analysis)

EXIGENCES

• Diplôme universitaire en informatique, systèmes d’information de Gestion
• Expérience en transformation digitale, adoption technologique ou change management
• Bonne compréhension des technologies IA / GenAI, sans nécessairement être ingénieur
• Expérience dans des rôles transverses (enablement, PMO, BA, produit, transformation)
• Capacité à structurer des processus d’adoption (intake, priorisation, gouvernance)
• Excellentes compétences en communication, facilitation et formation
• Capacité à mobiliser et influencer sans autorité hiérarchique directe
• Sens aigu du business impact et de la valeur
• À l’aise dans des environnements ambiguës et en évolution rapide
• Bilinguisme requis (français/anglais) pour des communications quotidiennes hors Québec.
• Hybride (3 jours au bureau)

AI Enablement & Adoption Lead

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking for an AI Enablement & Adoption Lead for one of our clients in the Montreal area. This role owns the practical and sustainable adoption of AI across the organization. A people- and process-driven role focused on turning AI potential into real business impact.

A people/process role that makes everything else work — from platforms and tools to real adoption and impact.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build and lead an AI champion network
• Design and operate an AI intake funnel
• Deliver AI training and enablement programs (e.g. Anthropic Academy)
• Establish citizen development governance (standards, risk, guardrails)
• Define and track AI adoption and value KPIs
• Lead AI change management initiatives
• Translate business needs into actionable AI use cases (Business Analysis lens)

REQUIREMENTS

• University degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Management Information Systems
• Experience in digital transformation, technology adoption, or change management
• Solid understanding of AI / GenAI concepts (technical depth not required)
• Background in cross-functional roles (enablement, PMO, product, BA, transformation)
• Proven ability to design scalable adoption processes (intake, governance, rollout)
• Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders without direct authority
• Strong focus on business value and outcomes
• Comfortable operating in fast-changing, ambiguous environments
• Bilingual (French/English) required for daily communications outside Quebec.
• Hybrid (3 days in the office)
