Overview

We are seeking an experienced Print Infrastructure & Badge Printing Specialist to support a short-term engagement focused on optimizing and cleaning up an existing enterprise printing environment. This role will play a key part in stabilizing and improving badge printing infrastructure and overall print management operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and remediate issues within the current print environment
• Support and optimize badge printing solutions utilizing PaperCut MF
• Manage and troubleshoot enterprise print infrastructure
• Support and configure networked printers, including Ricoh and Xerox devices
• Execute deployment, configuration, and documentation of print solutions
• Work through a defined project punch list to improve reliability and performance
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless badge and document printing operations

Required Qualifications

• Strong background in enterprise printing architecture and troubleshooting
• Hands-on experience with print management solutions (PaperCut preferred)
• Experience supporting badge printing infrastructure and deployments
• Familiarity with Ricoh and Xerox printer ecosystems
• Experience working in enterprise environments with structured change management
• Strong documentation and communication skills
