Key Responsibilities

Independently prepare MIS reports within defined timelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Perform data validation and quality checks across all demand and S&OP-related reports; proactively highlight issues and deviations.
Work closely with Demand Planner to support ad‑hoc data and analysis requirements on a day‑to‑day basis.
Provide enhanced data preparation and reporting support during peak periods such as budgeting, business planning, and forecasting cycles.
Support the broader demand planning team with reporting, dashboards, and analytical inputs as required.

Skill Requirements

Advanced Excel skills are mandatory (complex formulas, pivots, data analysis).
Power BI experience is good to have (reporting, dashboards).
Ability to work with large datasets and multiple reports with strong attention to detail.

Prior supply chain or demand planning experience is an added advantage but not a mandatory requirement.
Both freshers and experienced candidates may be considered, based on skill fit and learning agility.
