We are looking for a refined, detail-oriented Store Manager to take full ownership of our flagship made-to-order menswear store in Delhis luxury retail landscape. The ideal candidate will bring leadership, commercial insight, and a deep understanding of luxury client service to elevate the in-store experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring seamless execution and premium customer experience.
• Cultivate a high-performing, well-groomed team, inspiring them to deliver bespoke service aligned with the brands philosophy.
• Manage inventory and stock audits with precision, upholding stringent quality and presentation standards.
• Maintain the integrity and prestige of the brand across all touchpoints, from client interactions to store upkeep.
• Build strong client relationships with high-net-worth individuals, providing styling advice, wardrobe solutions, and made-to-measure guidance.
• Drive sales performance through fabric catalogue walkthroughs, consultative selling, and knowledge of construction and fit.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business, Retail Management, or Fashion.
• 7–8 years of experience in luxury menswear retail, with a strong background in made-to-measure or bespoke tailoring.
• Deep familiarity with Italian fabrics, tailoring processes, and precision in client measurements.
• Proven track record of converting interest into sales using fabric swatches and consultation-led selling.
• Polished communication skills and cultural sensitivity to cater to discerning clientele.
• Ability to represent the brand with the finesse and discretion expected in the luxury segment.
