- Work with users primarily on basic Level 1 and infrequent Level 2 troubleshooting for the audience of Blink Health employees.
- Strong time-management and communication skills.
- Travel onsite for our CEO's technical needs.
- Must be available in Kirkland office (Seattle area)
- Must have reliable transportation even for off-peak hours.
- Onboard and offboard users by following our robust documentation.
