Job Title: B2B Sales - Payroll Services ( HR Consulting)

Location: Remote / Field (as applicable)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a driven Sales Executive to generate and qualify warm leads for our payroll processing services. This is a commission-based role ideal for self-motivated individuals with strong networking and client acquisition skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate warm leads through networking, references, and existing contactsApproach SMEs, hospitals, startups, and corporate clients for payroll services
• Understand client requirements and pitch payroll processing solutionsSchedule meetings/demos with decision-makers (HR, Finance, Admin)
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationshipsCoordinate with internal team for smooth onboarding of clients
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track conversions

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, or B2B services (HR/payroll experience is a plus)
• Strong communication and negotiation skillsExisting network in HR, finance, or business communities preferred
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independentlyBasic understanding of payroll or HR services is an advantage
