Job Description
s an Unified Communications Admin you will be a part of an Agile team to build healthcare applications and implement new features while adhering to the best coding development standards .
Responsibilities: -
Support and maintain Exchange Online and related Microsoft 365 messaging services
Run and maintain PowerShell scripts for reporting, troubleshooting, and routine administrative tasks
Support and maintain email security systems, including SMTP appliances and email gateways
Perform user, group, and mailbox administration using Active Directory and Microsoft 365 tools
Monitor and work Remedy ticket queue for requests and break fix.
Handles escalations for email related issues.
Assist with troubleshooting email delivery issues, including SMTP relay and mail flow problems
Assist with spam, phishing, and malware investigations using Microsoft security portals
Provide general support for Microsoft 365 collaboration tools, including Teams, SharePoint, Copilot, and Outlook (Classic and New)
Familiarity or hands on experience running PowerShell scripts
Working knowledge of Active Directory concepts and administration
Basic understanding of Exchange / Exchange Online
Understanding of SMTP email fundamentals, including: o SMTP architecture o SMTP relays and mail flow Working knowledge of email authentication standards: o SPF o DKIM o DMARC
Experience with: o Exchange Online Admin Center o Microsoft 365 Defender Portal

Educational Qualifications: -
- Engineering Degree BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.
