Key Responsibilities
- Support the execution of growth strategies within the Keyboard/Public Speaking category
- Coordinate with teachers, including onboarding, training, and daily support
- Track class performance, quality metrics, and parent feedback
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and HR to meet category goals
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations and ensure a strong learning experience for students
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ year experience in EdTech, project management, or category/academic operations
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities
- Interest in music or the keyboard domain is an advantage
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail
