enior Python Developer - Front-End / Dashboard Specialist

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst / Python Developer with a strong front-end

development focus to work from the client’s office in Bangalore supporting a large US-based MNC.

This role is primarily focused on front-end development using Python, building interactive dashboards,

UI components, and user interfaces that enable better traceability, safety workflows, and data usability.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of front-end development, ensuring high usability, responsiveness,

and seamless integration with data platforms such as Databricks. We are looking for a senior consultant who

can work independently, take ownership of the front-end layer, and make sound technical decisions

aligned with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

● Design and develop front-end applications, interactive dashboards, and UI components using

Python frameworks.

● Build user-facing features and interfaces that improve traceability and safety workflows.

● Own the front-end architecture and usability aspects of the application.

● Develop Flask-based web interfaces and APIs to support front-end functionality.

● Integrate front-end components with Databricks-based data pipelines and analytics workflows.

● Write and optimize SQL queries to support application functionality.

● Ensure high usability, performance, and scalability of front-end solutions.

● Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to translate requirements into intuitive user

experiences.

Required Skills

● Strong experience in Python development with emphasis on front-end or user interface

development.

● Hands-on experience with Databricks / Spark ecosystem.

● Experience with Flask or similar Python-based web frameworks.

● Strong knowledge of SQL and data querying.

● Experience building interactive dashboards, components, and user interfaces.

● Ability to work independently in a client-facing environment.

Qualifications

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering.

● Strong experience with Python for data analysis and automationBHIVE Workspace, L-148, 5th Main Rd, Block-6, Sector 6, HSR Layout, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560102

● Strong proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and performance optimization

● Hands-on experience with Power BI, including:

○ DAX for measures and calculations

○ Data modeling using star or snowflake schemas

○ Power Query (M) for data transformation

Preferred Profile

● Experience working in data analytics or data platform teams.

● Strong understanding of data-driven applications and visualization workflows.

● Experience working with enterprise clients or large organizations.

● Ability to own front-end deliverables and drive usability improvements.
