Role: Bench ling Consultant

1) Benchling Platform Consultant

Summary: Consultant supporting life sciences clients with Benchling adoption, configuration, and optimization across scientific workflows and integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with R&D, lab, IT, and data teams to gather requirements and drive solutions
• Lead Benchling onboarding, configuration, and platform optimization
• Support integrations with systems such as LIMS, ELN, and data platforms
• Advise on feature releases, enhancements, and platform lifecycle
• Deliver training and drive user adoption across client teams
• Support change management and ongoing platform evolution

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years in consulting or client-facing roles supporting scientific or enterprise platforms
• Hands-on experience with Benchling or similar tools
• Strong understanding of integrations, platform lifecycle, and change management
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business stakeholders

Preferred

• Experience in biotech/pharma R&D environments
• Familiarity with GxP/regulatory environments
• Agile delivery experience
