Trusts & Estates Paralegal

Our client is seeking an experienced Trusts & Estates Paralegal to join its sophisticated and expanding Private Wealth practice. This is a unique opportunity to work alongside senior leadership within a nationally recognized team serving high-net-worth individuals, families, and fiduciaries on complex estate planning and trust administration matters.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, technical legal environment. Strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage sensitive client matters with discretion are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Support sophisticated estate planning, trust administration, and probate matters for high-net-worth individuals and multigenerational families
• Draft, proofread, and coordinate estate planning documents, fiduciary correspondence, and related client materials
• Communicate directly with clients, advisors, fiduciaries, and other professionals regarding ongoing matters and deadlines
• Independently manage follow-up tasks, timelines, and workflow across multiple active matters
• Maintain organized electronic files and leverage legal technology platforms and document management systems to support practice efficiency and growth
• Assist attorneys with the preparation and execution of complex estate and trust documentation

Qualifications

• Significant experience supporting trusts & estates and/or private wealth matters within a law firm environment
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and client service orientation
• Proficiency with legal technology platforms, document management systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-performing professional services environment
