Role Overview:
As a Warehouse Executive, you will be responsible for efficiently managing warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, order fulfillment, and dispatch. Your role will require hands-on experience with Odoo ERP for managing warehouse processes and inventory tracking. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective coordination across teams are essential for ensuring smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Inspection:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify items against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Safely unload trucks at the loading dock and ensure proper placement in designated storage areas.
- Conduct quality checks on incoming goods to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Inventory Management:
- Maintain accurate inventory records using Odoo ERP for product receipts, transfers, returns, and dispatches.
- Monitor stock levels, perform regular cycle counts, and reconcile physical and system inventory.
- Ensure warehouse cleanliness, proper product labeling, and optimal utilization of storage space.
- Order Processing & Logistics:
- Prepare and ship customer orders according to delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries.
- Manage packaging and documentation for returns and coordinate RMA shipments with vendors.
- System & Process Management:
- Create and manage warehouse transactions in Odoo, ensuring real-time accuracy of all entries.
- Generate inventory and movement reports for internal departments as needed.
- Identify process gaps and suggest improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
- Cross-functional Coordination:
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for product display and promotional material distribution.
- Support procurement and finance teams with inventory-related information and documentation.
- Address customer inquiries related to shipment and product availability.
- Compliance & Safety:
- Ensure compliance with OSHA warehouse safety standards and company safety protocols.
- Maintain warehouse documentation and logs for audit and compliance purposes.
- Uphold health, safety, and housekeeping standards across all warehouse activities.
Qualifications Required:
- Diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Proficiency in Odoo ERP (Inventory/Logistics modules).
- Strong computer literacy including MS Office, Excel, and ERP systems.
- Ability to lift up to 10 kg unassisted.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
