About the Role
The Task Leader serves as the senior analytical lead supporting key elements of Army program. This position oversees senior analysts performing complex analysis and system design supporting Army training resource management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead analytical teams supporting program system development and analysis
- Manage work performed by senior analysts
- Support data analysis and training resource modeling
- Coordinate with Army staff and stakeholders
- Support development of reports and analysis for senior Army leadership
- Ensure delivery of technical and analytical project tasks
Qualifications
- 10+ years of analytical or Defense program experience
- Experience with Army training or resource management programs
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Secret clearance required
