POSITION- . Structural Engineer( CIVIL), Architect (B.Arch, Desirable: M.Arch), , Biomedical Engineer ( BE / B.Tech Biomedical).Civil Engineer / Sr. Civil Engineer.

CTC- Negotiable.

Location- Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Chennai.

Experience- Structural Engineer ( 2-8 years of experience in structural design, site execution, QA/QC, and project coordination.

Architect -: 2-8years of experience in architectural design, layout planning, AutoCAD/3D modelling, BOQ preparation, and project coordination.

Biomedical Engineer-: 2-7 Yrs Experience as Biomedical Engineer.

• Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost estimates and material take offs for civil and site development

works for tendering and procurement.

• Site Coordination & Works Monitoring Progress Tracking, Contractor Management, Deviation Control
• Prepare site development plans including grading, earthwork cut-and-fill calculations, platform level

optimization.

• Design roads, pavements, parking areas and internal circulation networks including flexible and rigid

pavement design as per IRC standards.

• Coordinate with survey and geotechnical teams to incorporate topographical and soil investigation data

into civil design.

• Develop Civil Design Basis Reports, site development strategies and infrastructure planning documents

for project approvals.

• Review and approve shop drawings, method statements and material submittals from civil contractors.
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards including IS 456, IS 1200, IRC standards,

CPWD specifications and NBC.

• Conduct site inspections to review progress of civil works, resolve construction queries and ensure quality

of execution.

• Coordinate with statutory authorities for infrastructure approvals including road cutting NOCs, water and

sewerage connections and utility crossings.

• Conduct value engineering and cost optimization exercises for site infrastructure to achieve project

budget targets.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation including design calculations, inspection reports, quality records,

NCRs and drawing revision logs.

• Liaise with landscape architects for integration of hardscape, softscape, surface drainage and site

furniture into civil design.

• Preparation/ Check Measure of M-Books.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Engineering / Technology in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech.) Mandatory.
• Master of Engineering / Technology in Geotechnical / Transportation / Construction Engineering – Added

advantage.

• Registration with the Institution of Engineers (India) or equivalent professional body – Added advantage.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP / PRINCE2) – Added advantage.
• GRIHA / LEED Accredited Professional – Added advantage.

EXPERIENCE

• Civil Engineer: 2–6 years of relevant post-qualification experience in civil design and site execution for

building or infrastructure projects.

• Senior Civil Engineer: 5–10 years of progressive experience with demonstrated capability in design

leadership, site management and independent project handling.

• Candidates must have demonstrable experience in civil infrastructure design and execution for large-

scale institutional, healthcare or commercial development projects.
