Job Description

  • Providing technical support for database management systems and various systems tools
  • Providing technical support to other IT Staff as required
  • Management of one's time so that quick and efficient response can be provided for service failures at any time of day, night, or weekend
  • Maintains current and timely communication across other units in the department on matters of mutual interest and importance
  • Maintains a positive working relationship with key constituents
  • Ensures software is as secure and reliable as it can be
  • Ensures that documentation is properly initiated, authorized and maintained
  • Maintains confidentiality of user profiles, account information, and other potentially sensitive data
  • Developing, maintaining and supporting utilities and applications as required
