Job Description
- Providing technical support for database management systems and various systems tools
- Providing technical support to other IT Staff as required
- Management of one's time so that quick and efficient response can be provided for service failures at any time of day, night, or weekend
- Maintains current and timely communication across other units in the department on matters of mutual interest and importance
- Maintains a positive working relationship with key constituents
- Ensures software is as secure and reliable as it can be
- Ensures that documentation is properly initiated, authorized and maintained
- Maintains confidentiality of user profiles, account information, and other potentially sensitive data
- Developing, maintaining and supporting utilities and applications as required
