Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the structural design and analysis of various projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to develop innovative and efficient structural solutions.
• Prepare detailed engineering reports, drawings, and specifications.
• Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment.
• Utilize advanced engineering software to model and simulate structural behavior.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve design processes.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as SAP2000, ETABS, and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and construction practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Qualifications
