What You'll Own

• Evaluate accounting treatment for complex investment structures and transactions
• Draft and review technical accounting memos and policy documentation
• Support quarterly close activities including impairment analysis and footnote development
• Research and apply US GAAP guidance to judgmental accounting areas
• Collaborate cross-functionally on transaction structuring and its accounting implications
• Contribute to SOX 404 compliance and internal controls environment

What We're Looking For

• CPA required
• 6+ years of relevant accounting experience
• Public accounting background required, preferably with publicly traded clients
• Technical accounting research experience required
• Familiarity with complex investment structures and related accounting guidance
• Financial services or investment industry background preferred
• Strong written communication skills, including memo drafting
