What You'll Own
- Evaluate accounting treatment for complex investment structures and transactions
- Draft and review technical accounting memos and policy documentation
- Support quarterly close activities including impairment analysis and footnote development
- Research and apply US GAAP guidance to judgmental accounting areas
- Collaborate cross-functionally on transaction structuring and its accounting implications
- Contribute to SOX 404 compliance and internal controls environment
What We're Looking For
- CPA required
- 6+ years of relevant accounting experience
- Public accounting background required, preferably with publicly traded clients
- Technical accounting research experience required
- Familiarity with complex investment structures and related accounting guidance
- Financial services or investment industry background preferred
- Strong written communication skills, including memo drafting
