Accounts Receivable & Market Intelligence Executive | Collections + Reconciliation + Sales Field Work

We are currently seeking an Accounts Receivable & Market Intelligence Executive at our Coke Oven Plant in Mundra, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage accounts receivable and collections from corporate and dealer networks
• Conduct daily follow-ups with customers on outstanding payments
• Perform account reconciliations and maintain accurate ledgers in ERP
• Handle debit/credit notes and cargo penalty calculations as per Pos
• Monitor bank statements and payment entries
• Conduct market visits for customer engagement and market insights

Ideal Candidate:

• 3-4 years' experience in accounts receivable / collections / finance operations
• Strong understanding of reconciliation, invoicing, and commercial documentation
• Experience with ERP systems and banking processes
• Willingness to travel for customer visits

Location: Mundra, Gujarat
