Process: International Voice (US EdTech)

Shift: Night Shift (8:30 PM 5:30 AM)

Working Days: Monday Friday

Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)

Salary: Up to 25,000 (Based on experience)

Incentives: Unlimited incentives (Minimum 10,000+)

Food Allowance: 3,000 per month (after 1st month)

Job Role

We are hiring International Customer Care Executives for our U.S. EdTech Process.

The role involves interacting with students and professionals in the United States and guiding them about our online learning programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound & outbound calls with U.S. leads
• Understand customer requirements and explain course details
• Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates
• Update lead details in CRM system

Candidate Requirements

• 1+ year experience in telesales / telecalling / international voice process
• Excellent English communication skills
• Comfortable working in night shift (US process)
• Basic computer knowledge & CRM familiarity
