• **Global Procurement:**
• Manage end-to-end global procurement activities for IT hardware, networking equipment, servers, storage, and related infrastructure products.
• Source products from international markets to optimize cost and availability.
• Monitor global pricing trends and market conditions.
• **Import & Export Operations:**
• Handle complete import/export documentation and compliance.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, logistics providers, and customs authorities.
• Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, duties, and taxation norms.
• Manage shipment tracking and timely delivery.
• **Purchase & Inventory Management:**
• Plan and execute purchase orders based on sales forecasts and project requirements.
• Ensure optimal inventory levels and reduce excess/obsolete stock.
• Coordinate with sales and technical teams for project-based procurement.
• Maintain procurement records, MIS reports, and cost analysis.
• **Cost Control & Negotiation:**
• Drive cost optimization initiatives without compromising quality.
