Job Description
IT Help Desk Analyst
Synchron, LLC is seeking a skilled IT Help Desk Analyst to support the U.S. Navy's Team Submarine staff and program offices at the Washington Navy Yard in the United States.
- Apply computer science principles to solve problems using knowledge of information management, automated data processing, hardware and software systems' structures and operation, and programming languages.
- Maintain inventory lists of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE), including computers, iPhones, and iPads; make recommendations for adequate GFE inventory to meet TEAM SUB Enterprise needs.
- Analyze computer systems, test ports for connectivity; provide direct support for help desk calls on SIPR/NIPR issues, Flank Speed transition coordination with NMCI assistance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills for technical matters as well as problem-solving abilities in business contexts. Excellent communication skills are essential alongside experience with DoD/Navy program management or equivalent fields;
