Job Description
In this role at SymphonyAI as the Manager, Learning Engagement, you will be responsible for leading the delivery and enhancement of training for the Customer Centric Retailing (CCR) solutions, including the CINDE Connected Retail Platform and the Assortment & Space suite. Your main responsibilities will include designing, facilitating, and improving learning experiences through various delivery methods to ensure strong client engagement and maximum product adoption.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective training sessions for clients and internal teams using virtual classrooms, instructor-led training, eLearning modules, and digital adoption tools such as WalkMe.
- Conduct train-the-trainer sessions to scale knowledge internally and externally.
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) and collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training curriculum and modular collateral.
- Define and document learning objectives, apply instructional design principles, and optimize learning outcomes through a range of visual, audio, and interactive tools.
- Utilize training tools, manage training recordings within the LMS, and develop eLearning modules to support post-training facilitation.
- Provide regular updates on training programs, product releases, and new initiatives, and manage client expectations and schedules for ongoing client engagement.
Qualifications Required:
- 6+ years' experience in training delivery, curriculum development, and content authoring.
- Strong background in defining learning objectives, instructional design, and creating engaging learning materials.
- Familiarity with business processes and translating technical concepts for business audiences.
- Proven experience presenting to diverse audiences and client teams.
- Client management and customer support skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Project management capabilities, self-motivated, and collaborative work style.
- Ability to work effectively from a home office environment and host virtual training webinars.

- Good to have experience working with Grocery Retailers and/or CPGs, knowledge of Category Management processes, developing insights from customer data, familiarity with SymphonyAI tools, eLearning authoring tools, and administering Learning Management Systems and digital adoption platforms.
