Our unique blend of technology and financial services makes it an environment you won't get elsewhere.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Role Description:</strong></span></p> <p>We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior SDET (Software Development&nbsp;Engineer in Test), Media to take a lead role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our media&nbsp;backend and frontend components. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain test&nbsp;automation frameworks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive a shift-left testing&nbsp;mindset across the organization.</p> <p><br>As a technical leader, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of the Media Test&nbsp;Strategy, ensuring efficient test coverage, and contributing to the delivery of high-quality media&nbsp;features. Your expertise in media technologies (WebRTC, SIP), strong programming&nbsp;background, and ability to coordinate across teams will make you a key player in building&nbsp;scalable and reliable media solutions.</p> <p><br>If you are passionate about media technologies, automation, and quality leadership, we&nbsp;would love to hear from you!<br><br></p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Take ownership of the quality strategy for media backend and frontend components.</li> <li>Design, implement, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and QA engineers to drive shift-left testing practices.</li> <li>Support and improve automated testing across different environments, including VDI, Cloud (GCP/AWS), and Windows 10/11 setups.</li> <li>Validate and troubleshoot real-time communication systems (WebRTC, SIP).</li> <li>Perform code reviews, mentor other SDETs, and ensure adherence to testing best practices.</li> <li>Coordinate with multiple teams and products to ensure seamless integration and quality delivery.</li> <li>Contribute to continuous improvement of test processes, tools, and methodologies.</li> <li>Support the execution and evolution of the Media Test Strategy.</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong>:</span></p> <ul> <li>Technical Skills <ul> <li>Strong programming skills in at least one language: Java, C#, C++, or TypeScript (C# is preferable).</li> <li>Proven experience in designing and maintaining test automation frameworks.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with media technologies (WebRTC, SIP).</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud environments (GCP/AWS) and VDI setups.</li> <li>Experience with Windows 10/11 environments.</li> <li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and modern testing tools.</li> <li>Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and shift-left practices.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Soft Skills <ul> <li>Demonstrated leadership in driving quality initiatives across teams.</li> <li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.</li> <li>Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.</li> <li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and global environment.</li> <li>Self-driven, proactive, and passionate about quality and automation.</li> </ul> </li> <li>Education &amp; Experience <ul> <li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li> <li>5+ years of experience in software testing or SDET roles, with at least 2+ years in a senior/lead capacity.</li> <li>Previous experience working in media-focused environments is highly desirable.</li> </ul> </li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Compensation:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary</li> <li>Bonus Plan</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Benefits and Perks:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Regional specific competitive benefits</li> <li>Build your own Benefits (BYOB) perk</li> <li>Local events, team building, and development opportunities&nbsp;</li> </ul> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
