Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Tableau Developer for a strategic contractual engagement. You will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of high-performance BI solutions, from data modeling and dashboard design to performance tuning. You will act as the bridge between complex data engineering and executive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities1. BI Solution Development & Visualization

• Design, develop, and deploy advanced BI solutions, including interactive dashboards and complex data visualizations using Tableau.
• Build robust data models that support scalable reporting.
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into technical specifications that deliver actionable insights.

2. Data Analysis & Interpretation

• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and outliers that drive business performance.
• Communicate findings to Business SMEs and stakeholders in a clear, non-technical manner to facilitate data-driven decisions.

3. Data Integration & Management

• Partner with Data Engineers to transform disparate data sources into a unified, high-performance data model.
• Implement strict data validation, cleansing processes, and governance practices to ensure "single source of truth" accuracy.

4. Optimization & Support

• Audit and optimize existing Tableau workbooks to improve load times, usability, and scalability.
• Provide expert-level support and troubleshooting for BI tool-related inquiries from the user community.

Technical Qualifications

• Experience: 4–6 years of dedicated experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analysis.
• Tableau Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Online (Calculated fields, LOD expressions, Parameters, Data Blending).
• SQL Skills: Strong command of SQL for querying relational databases and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
• Data Modeling: Solid understanding of Star/Snowflake schemas and ETL/ELT processes.
• Soft Skills: Excellent analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional, remote teams.
