Swish is a 10-minute food delivery platform where we build and deliver our own food. From recipes to final delivery, everything is owned and operated in-house.
Our NPD team works on creating, testing, and launching new food products across our kitchens. This is a fast-paced environment where ideas quickly move from trials to live products.
Job Overview
Own the validation and performance tracking of new products before and after launch. This role ensures products meet quality, consistency, and operational standards at scale, while identifying gaps and driving improvements post launch.
Job Description
- Support validation of new products before and after commercialization across QSR and FMCG operations.
- Evaluate product performance during pilot stage and live market launches.
- Monitor execution consistency, product quality, and operational feasibility across locations.
- Analyze product performance data and identify improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with R&D, QA, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful product rollout.
- Ensure new SKUs meet quality, taste, stability, and operational standards post launch.
- Drive continuous improvement through structured launch performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-launch validation checks for new products and recipes
- Monitor pilot runs and ensure readiness for commercialisation
- Evaluate product performance across categories during live launches
- Collect feedback from kitchen and operations teams
- Perform post-launch audits across multiple locations
- Analyze customer feedback, complaints, and operational challenges
- Identify gaps between developed recipes and actual execution
- Recommend corrective actions and product improvements
- Work with R&D and QA teams for product refinement
- Maintain launch validation reports and performance trackers
- Support SOP corrections and recipe updates post launch
- Ensure smooth scale-up across locations after validation
- Share structured performance reports with NPD leadership
Must-Haves
- Degree or Diploma in Food Technology or Food Science
- 2–4 years of experience in QSR, FMCG, food manufacturing, or product validation roles. Experience in product testing, quality validation, or launch monitoring
