Security Guards (Gurugram)

Job Summary

We are seeking disciplined and alert Security Guards to maintain a safe and secure environment for our premises, staff, visitors, and assets. The ideal candidate will monitor activities, control access, and respond promptly to security situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
• Control entry and exit of employees, visitors, and vehicles.
• Verify identification and maintain visitor and vehicle entry registers.
• Monitor CCTV cameras and report any suspicious activity.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents.
• Ensure safety rules and security procedures are followed at all times.
• Coordinate with supervisors and local authorities when required.
• Report incidents, daily activities, and observations to management.

Eligibility & Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass (preferred).
• Prior experience as a Security Guard is an advantage.
• Physically fit and mentally alert.
• Ability to work in shifts, including night shifts.
• Good communication and observation skills.
• Knowledge of basic security procedures and emergency handling.

Preferred Skills:

• Ex-servicemen / trained guards preferred.
• Basic knowledge of fire safety and first aid.
• Polite behavior and professional appearance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
