Job Description

We’re looking for a Paid Media Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and analytical, with a strong understanding of performance marketing in the lifestyle, wellness, and beauty space.

About the role

+ Develop and execute paid media strategies across Meta (Instagram & Facebook) for multiple client accounts

+ Manage day-to-day campaign operations including setup, optimization, testing, and reporting

+ Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations

+ Continuously test creatives, audiences, and messaging to improve ROAS and overall performance

+ Collaborate with our creative team to ensure ad content aligns with brand direction and campaign goals

+ Stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and best practices in paid social

What we’re looking for:

+ Proven experience managing Meta ad campaigns (agency experience is a strong asset)

+ Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize accordingly

+ Experience working with lifestyle, wellness, or beauty brands

+ Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable managing multiple accounts

+ A strong understanding of creative strategy and how it impacts performance
