Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Billing Representative located in the Pune Region. The Billing Representative will be responsible for generating accurate invoices, managing customer accounts, and handling account reconciliations.

Daily tasks include ensuring compliance with company policies, addressing billing inquiries from clients, and maintaining precise Invoice records.

The role involves collaboration with internal teams and providing excellent customer service to ensure smooth billing operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Invoicing, Accounting, and Account Reconciliation
• Strong skills in Customer Service and handling client inquiries
• Understanding of Insurance and related processes
• Detail-oriented with excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team within an on-site environment
• Proficiency in relevant financial or billing software preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in billing, accounting, or a similar field is an advantage
• SAP Knowledge is Must.
