Job Description

1. AR Caller (Accounts Receivable) – 2 to 6 Years Exp

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle AR follow-ups with insurance companies
  • Work on claim denials, rejections, and payment postings
  • Ensure timely resolution and maximize collections
  • Maintain accurate documentation of calls and actions

Requirements

  • 2–6 years of experience in AR Calling (US Healthcare)
  • Strong knowledge of denial management and RCM cycle
  • Good communication and analytical skills

2. DME Billing Executive – 2 to 4 Years Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end DME billing process
  • Handle claim submissions, follow-ups, and reimbursements
  • Excellent communication in English
  • Should be able to verify Eligibility & Benefits via website and call
  • Should understand the concept of Prior Auth and how to request
  • Ensure compliance with billing guidelines

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in DME Billing
  • Strong understanding of insurance and billing procedures
  • Attention to detail and process adherence

3. Patient Calling Executive – 2 to 4 Years Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound/outbound calls with patients
  • Assist with billing queries, payment follow-ups, and appointments
  • Maintain call records and ensure data confidentiality
  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in patient calling / healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle patient queries with empathy
