Role & responsibilities

Role Summary:

Responsible for managing CAPEX budgeting, financial controlling, MIS reporting, and ensuring strong business processes and compliance. The role involves close coordination with business teams to optimize costs, improve controls, and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor annual CAPEX budget, including planning, tracking, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with approval authority norms and company policies
• Analyze expenditure needs, optimize costs, and support vendor negotiations
• Maintain accurate asset accounting, including additions, disposals, and tracking
• Prepare and deliver MIS reports with actionable insights for management
• Support monthly closing activities, provisioning, and GL review
• Ensure accurate cost allocation across cost centers
• Drive audit readiness and ensure timely closure of audit queries
• Develop and strengthen business processes and internal controls
• Identify and implement automation opportunities in MIS and finance processes
• Monitor vendor performance and improve procurement efficiency

Requirements

• CA Qualified 0-3 Yrs of experience with 1st or 2nd attempts.
• Strong understanding of financial controlling, CAPEX management, and MIS reporting
• Experience in manufacturing environment preferred
• Good analytical and commercial acumen
• Knowledge of accounting standards and audit processes
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Excel
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
