Sutra Luminis is a premium decorative lighting brand delivering bespoke lighting solutions for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects across India. We work closely with architects, consultants, and developers to execute high-quality lighting projects.
Role Objective
To support and grow the hotel segment by handling client coordination, tracking project opportunities, and assisting in converting leads into business. This is an execution-driven role with direct exposure to project sales.
Key Responsibilities
● Identify and follow up on hotel and hospitality project leads
● Build working relationships with hotel clients, consultants, and procurement teams
● Maintain and track a pipeline of ongoing and upcoming projects
● Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, operations) for project execution
● Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and BOQs
● Follow up for approvals, closures, and payments
● Track market developments, new hotel projects, and competitor activity
● Maintain CRM updates and share regular progress reports
Who You Are
● Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales / project coordination / interiors / hospitality
● Good communication and follow-up skills
● Basic understanding of project sales or BOQs is an advantage
● Organized, proactive, and execution-focused
● Comfortable with client interaction and travel when required
