Job Title: Service Advisor – Electric Vehicles (Ather)

Job Summary

We are hiring a Service Advisor for our Ather EV service center in Erode. Candidates with basic knowledge of electric vehicles and good communication skills are welcome. Freshers can also apply. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customers and understand their vehicle issues
• Open job cards and record service details
• Coordinate with technicians for service and repairs
• Explain service details and charges to customers
• Provide updates on vehicle status
• Ensure smooth vehicle delivery
• Handle customer queries and complaints

Requirements

• Diploma / Any Degree (Automobile/Mechanical preferred)
• Basic EV knowledge is enough
• Valuable communication skills (Tamil required)
• Customer-friendly attitude
• Freshers are welcome

Salary & Perks:

• ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month
