Job Description
Responsible for maintaining and supervising all gardening and landscaping activities to ensure the garden, lawns, plants, and outdoor areas are well-maintained, healthy, and aesthetically pleasing.
Age: 35 to 45 years
- Supervise daily gardening and landscaping activities.
- Monitor maintenance of lawns, flower beds, shrubs, trees, and indoor plants.
- Plan watering schedules, pruning, trimming, fertilizing, and pest control activities.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of gardening tools, equipment, and machinery.
- Guide and allocate work to gardeners and helpers.
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of pathways, outdoor seating, fountains, and landscape areas.
- Procure seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, pots, and other gardening materials as required.
- Monitor plant health and take preventive measures against diseases and pests.
Preferred
- Diploma/Certification in Horticulture or Landscaping.
- Experience in villa, bungalow, corporate campus, or estate garden maintenance.
