This role demands a seasoned professional who can independently manage the entire sales cycle - from customer walk-ins to final booking - while guiding and mentoring Sales Managers. The ideal candidate is a closer who can handle complex negotiations, objections, and high-value customers with maturity and confidence.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Take complete ownership of sales targets for the assigned project; plan and execute monthly sales strategy. Directly handle high-intent customers, premium unit sales, and complex negotiations requiring senior intervention. Deliver persuasive and professional project presentations to customers covering amenities, pricing, payment plans, ROI, and legal documentation.

Guide, mentor, and review Sales Managers - support their pitches, shadow their calls, and co-close deals when required. Monitor daily footfall, inquiry logs, follow-up status, and conversion rates through back office reports. Coordinate with the back office team for customer follow-ups, documentation, home loan coordination, and booking formalities.

Ensure every customer touchpoint - from site visit to agreement - is handled professionally and efficiently. Resolve customer escalations, pricing disagreements, and post-visit objections with maturity. Provide weekly performance MIS reports to Senior Management.

Maintain builder relationships on-site and ensure Suraj Realty's professional standards are upheld at all times. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Minimum 6 years in real estate sales with at least 2-3 years in a Senior or Team Lead capacity. Demonstrated track record of independently closing residential property deals.

Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills. Strong leadership ability to guide and motivate junior sales team members. Knowledge of home loan processes, RERA, property registration, and agreement formalities.

Highly target-oriented with strong accountability for numbers.
