Role Description

We are hiring a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth in an assigned territory.

This is a field-based, target-driven role focused on customer acquisition, account growth, and daily sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit 15–20 customers per day within your territory
• Acquire 10–15 new restaurant customers per month
• Manage and grow an existing customer portfolio
• Increase sales through cross-selling (produce, frozen, grocery, packaging)
• Plan and execute daily routes efficiently
• Meet and exceed monthly sales and gross profit targets

This role is for high-activity, results-driven sales professionals, not passive account managers.

Compensation

• Base Salary: $45,000 – $50,000
• Commission: Based on Gross Profit
• Bonuses: New customer acquisition, Crosswell and Upsell

Strong performers have high earning potential.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in foodservice, distribution, or B2B sales
• Strong discipline in daily customer visits and follow-ups
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using CRM or order management systems
• Knowledge of the GTA, Hamilton, or Niagara market is an asset
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
