Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) Engineer, based in Vizianagaram. The GNC Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing algorithms for guidance, navigation, and control systems of UAVs. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing flight dynamics, prototyping solutions, integrating sensors, and tuning control systems.
The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and performance optimization.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in control systems design, guidance algorithms, and navigation techniques
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills for modeling and simulation
- Experience with software tools like MATLAB/Simulink, Python, or C++ for developing and testing GNC algorithms
- Hands-on experience with sensor integration, data fusion, and parameter tuning
- Knowledge of drone/autonomous vehicle systems and flight dynamics

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or a related field
